AN ACT APPROVING THE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE OF SPECIAL FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE MISSISSIPPI COAST COLISEUM COMMISSION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. In addition to all other sums heretofore authorized, the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby authorized and approved for expenditure out of any funds which are received by or otherwise become available to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum Commission, for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the commission for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999 $ 350,000.00.

SECTION 2. This additional authorization of funds is provided for the purpose of preventing a deficit which would otherwise occur.

SECTION 3. The money herein approved for expenditure shall be disbursed upon bank checks signed by the proper person, officer or officers in the manner provided by law.

SECTION 4. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
